Join us as a Client Services Technician, where you'll put your love of science to work in the bottle prep department of our logistics network here at Pace®.
You'll receive all the training you need to successfully take on this role and continue building an exciting laboratory sciences career at Pace®.
Key Responsibilities:
Glassware Management: Accurately select glassware from inventory based on customer orders and attach appropriate labels.
Order Processing: Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed records of all orders and ensure accuracy in order preparation and packing.
Packaging and Delivery: Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet the required specifications before dispatch.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: No prior experience required; however, experience with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
