As a Product Manager in Product Manager in Chief Data & Analytics Office Client Engagement team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Map decision-makers, influencers, users, and blockers within each target business unit and design tailored engagement strategies that build trust and move stakeholders from awareness to commitment over time
- Lead and facilitate lunch-and-learns, roadshows, executive briefings, and stakeholder meetings - adjusting depth, tone, and format based on the audience, from 50-minute informal sessions with analysts to 25-minute executive briefings with senior Managing Directors. Coordinate key initiatives across the product team, customer success, and business users to keep execution on track and to maintain engagement throughout.
