Lex Medicus is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and medical experts, managing appointments, coordinating bookings, supporting key accounts, and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and where relationship building, problem solving and service excellence are valued.

Job Description

As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, medical experts and internal teams by:

  • Managing appointments and bookings from enquiry through to completion
  • Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email and online platforms
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting customer onboarding and assisting users with online systems and portals
  • Managing special requests and resolving enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and specialties
  • Coordinating with Operations, Quality and Administration teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supporting medical experts by managing availability and scheduling requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and client engagement activities
