The PDS Client Services Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and market positioning of Project & Development Services (PDS) across the Czech market. Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, originate, and convert new business opportunities across core services:
Design & Build (D&B)
Project Management
Building Consultancy
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with clear conversion targets.
- Lead the creation of client pitches and proposals with the support of the PDS Senior Leadership.
Client Relationship Management
Manage relationships with key clients, including corporate occupiers and local developers & investors.
Cross-sell PDS services alongside other C&W business lines (Capital Markets, Agency, Asset Services)
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the PDS delivery teams to ensure transition from sales to execution.
Collaborate with regional PDS Sales Team, including regular reporting into the EMEA PDS Head of Sales
Financial Performance
Own sales targets (revenue, margin, pipeline) for PDS Czech
Monitor performance against KPIs and adjust strategy as required
Ensure disciplined CRM usage (Engage/Salesforce)
Key Requirements
Experience & Skills
Proven track record in business development and sales within consultancy environment (real estate optimal)
Strong network within the Czech real estate and development market
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, CRM tools.
Solid understanding of construction, fit-out, or development processes
Ability to translate technical services into client value propositions
Fluent Czech and English
Strong presentation and client-facing skills
Success Measures
Achievement of annual revenue and pipeline targets
Growth of new client accounts and repeat business rate
Conversion rate of opportunities to secured projects
Contribution to overall market share growth in Czech PDS sector
