We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join the retail sales team in Sydney, Australia. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships across the retail intermediary market including financial advisers, private banks, dealer groups, research consultants and platforms. The role blends deep investment knowledge with strategic relationship management, ensuring advisers receive high‑quality insights, product expertise, and proactive support. The focus is on strengthening existing relationships, improving adviser engagement, and supporting distribution strategy.
How You Will Add Value?Adviser Relationship Management – deepen and strengthen financial advisor relationships in conjunction with the NSW and QLD Sales Directors
Licensee, Platform and Research Consultant Support – Assist the broader sales team with ongoing account management for dealer groups, retail consultants and platforms.
Client Engagement Strategy – Develop structured engagement plans to increase adviser penetration and product adoption including working with internal stakeholders on the CRM
Work closely with the Head of Retail Sales and Consultants to maximise key client account sales and ongoing relationship management
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet client needs
CRM lead for retail sales team
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in funds management, private wealth, or intermediary distribution
Experience with customer relationship management systems is beneficial.
Private markets experience is beneficial
Technical Knowledge:
Strong technical understanding of investments, managed funds, SMAs, model portfolios, and platform architecture.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and comfort working with data
Relationship Management & Communication:
Excellent communication skills
