The Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for growing and retaining InfoTrack's existing client base by building strong relationships, increasing product adoption, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions. You'll work proactively with clients through phone, email and webinars, ensuring they maximise the value of InfoTrack while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll be a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys helping customers succeed while achieving commercial outcomes. You're organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with existing clients to drive retention and long-term loyalty.
- Deliver product training and education to increase client adoption and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell InfoTrack products and services.
- Monitor client usage, proactively address risks, and minimise churn.
- Manage a high volume of outbound client activity (30+ calls per day).
- Partner with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in account management, customer success or sales.
- A proven track record of upselling, cross-selling and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence delivering client training, demonstrations or webinars.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the legal or conveyancing industry is advantageous but not essential.
