Drive new business and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing InfoTrack Website clients across NSW. Develop growth opportunities, conduct on-site visits, implement post-sales training and account management, and maximize use of InfoTrack services while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Deliver trusted reporting and actionable insights across the analytics lifecycle: gather requirements, ETL and cleanse data, build dashboards and automated pipelines (Power BI/Databricks), ensure data quality and governance, and communicate findings to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Administer HRIS and payroll processes, ensure employee data accuracy, produce HR reporting and BI dashboards, support payroll coordination, compliance reporting (WGEA), and provide general People & Culture administrative support and process improvements.

The Settlement Support Officer manages settlements and lodgements, attends to post-settlement tasks, liaises with clients for service delivery, and focuses on upselling products.

Manage and grow existing client accounts by building relationships, delivering product training, increasing adoption, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, monitoring usage to reduce churn, and managing high-volume outbound activity while partnering with internal teams to deliver client outcomes.

Manage accounts payable, banking and payments, credit card claims, BAS/payroll tax/FBT records, support month-end tasks and audits, maintain accurate workpapers, and improve finance processes.

Lead digital design strategy and execution for web, campaigns, and social; create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs; conduct UX research and testing; ensure brand consistency; mentor designers and freelancers; collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to optimise user-centred experiences using data and AI-enabled tools.

Manage and grow InfoTrack's AI legal technology partner channel, drive adoption of MCP-enabled AI solutions in law firms, own partner lifecycle from negotiation to enablement, collaborate globally to expand markets, gather market intelligence to shape product roadmap, and deliver measurable revenue and adoption outcomes.

Own full sales cycle to drive new corporate business: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing. Manage and grow client portfolio, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and use Power BI to monitor performance and meet sales KPIs.
