This Client Insights Specialist serves as the primary liaison between IQVIA and a portfolio of clients, helping them maximize the value of IQVIA's data, insights, and analytics solutions. This role combines client relationship management, data interpretation, business consulting, and insight delivery to support clients' strategic and commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience in client-facing analytics, market research, consumer insights, syndicated data, or marketing effectiveness environments and is passionate about translating complex data into actionable business recommendations. This individual will build strong client partnerships, drive client satisfaction, and help identify opportunities to expand the use of IQVIA solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Ensures fulfillment of contract specifications and responds to client requests to drive client satisfaction.

  • Serves as the primary day-to-day contact, building and maintaining effective business relationships with clients.

  • Partners with clients to maximize the value of IQVIA products and services by expanding usage of deliverables and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Monitors performance against service agreements and ensures client expectations and obligations are met.

  • Researches, analyzes, and responds to complex client inquiries, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Conducts product, service, and process training for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Leads client service meetings and collaborates with account teams to identify business issues and recommend solutions.

  • Performs analyses and delivers actionable insights derived from IQVIA data, products, and services.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support client success and may represent IQVIA on external client initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Market Research, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in client service, insights, analytics, account management, market research, consumer insights, or syndicated data environments.

  • Intermediate to advanced English

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Central America

  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering client-facing presentations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable business recommendations.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Business Intelligence

  • Experience supporting CPG, retail, healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, media, or marketing clients.

  • Knowledge of syndicated data, market measurement, consumer insights, pricing analysis, shopper insights, or brand performance metrics.

  • Experience presenting insights to senior business stakeholders.

  • Exposure to customer success, account growth, or consultative selling environments.

  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Skills Required
