YOUR MISSION:
The main mission of the Client Insights & Activation Manager is to drive client engagement and business impact in the Korea market by leveraging client data and insights to formulate and execute effective client activation strategies. This role requires strong commercial insight, CRM expertise, and business acumen to translate data into actionable client marketing actions, ensuring alignment with global Maison objectives and local market needs.
In this role, he/she will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, communication, commercial, and high-end teams) as well as external agencies, covering the Korea market within global Maison guidelines.
The Client Insights & Activation Manager will act as the owner of the Korea client agenda, assist the commercial and marketing teams in executing client-centric marketing actions; and support the overall regional business growth in translating client insights into strategic client activations as follows:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Intelligence & Strategy
Lead the development and refinement of the regional Client strategy for Korea, leveraging business intelligence, client data, and market insights.
Own and adapt global Client Lifecycle journeys for successful local implementation, ensuring relevancy and adaptability to Korea's specific needs.
Define high-impact client segmentation and target priorities for tailored marketing campaigns and clients’ activations per segment.
Partner with the Client Data & Intelligence role to identify key target audiences and high-potential client segments.
Client Activation & Engagement
Formulate and execute impactful client engagement programs and activation strategies across the Korea market, strengthening loyalty and business performance.
Oversee the 360° annual Maison Moments client engagement strategy for Korea, encompassing personalized and broader communication.
Drive the integration of campaign and platform innovations into Cartier's interaction strategy for the Korea market.
Foster dedicated client activations are consistently aligned and integrated within the broader strategic plan.
Support commercial clienteling execution functions by providing data-driven client insights.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor and enhance the performance and technical efficiency of Client Lifecycle journeys, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, communication, digital, commercial, and high-end teams to foster cohesive business prioritization of activities.
Partners with external agencies and internal stakeholders aligning with Maison objectives and achieving successful activations.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or above; master’s degree in marketing, Business, or Strategy is a plus.
Minimum 8–10+ years of professional experience in CRM, Client Strategy, Data Management, Performance, or Marketing Strategy within a multinational organization.
Strong background in luxury, premium, or high-end consumer goods industries. A deep passion for and understanding of the luxury environment, client luxury journeys, and historic brand management is mandatory.
Strategic Priority Setting: Exceptional capability to synthesize complex market/client information, identify critical paths, and ruthlessly prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Enable to manage and follow up budget and related fiscal process
Excellent data related tools skills (Lookers, BI, Salesforce, SAP, Dashboards, Microsoft)
Commercial & Data Acumen: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for retail and commercial teams, leveraging business intelligence/CRM tools (e.g., Looker, DMR, Salesforce) and managing budget cycles (A&P), forecasting, and financial tracking.
Team Leadership & People Management: Proven track record in leading, coaching, and empowering direct reports/junior team members to foster operational excellence and continuous professional growth.
Strategic & Pragmatic Mindset: Strong ability to see the "big picture" combined with a highly pragmatic and results-oriented approach to actual campaign delivery.
Collaborative Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, HQ teams, and cross-functional local departments.
Maison Heritage Literacy: Strong ability to act as a true custodian of Maison’s heritage, balancing analytical, data-driven decisions with a deep understanding of the brand's aesthetic and emotional values.
High Integrity & Reliability: Possesses a strong sense of urgency, high integrity, and a professional track record for delivering projects exactly on plan within complex international matrix environments.
