  • Conduct periodic meetings with assigned Account Managers, providing updates and ensuring policies and procedures are planned and understood
  • Successfully implement the RM4U service model, for designated clients to identify and address risk to improve/maintain the client’s risk profile
  • Remain abreast of trends and techniques to maintain a competitive advantage for the agency
  • Refer current and prospective clients to the Employee Benefits Department and/or Personal Insurance Department for solicitation of those lines of business
  • Support occasional upselling efforts with existing clients; not responsible for traditional producer new business quotas.
  • Assist with operational service tasks (e.g., issuing certificates, processing endorsements, pulling carrier documents) when needed to ensure seamless client service
  • Work collaboratively with producers, account managers, and operations staff to execute client strategy and ensure all service commitments are met
  • Attend industry, client service, and product training seminars, as well as company meetings and educational activities needed to remain current on the latest developments in the marketplace and maintain required licenses
  • Review all activities relating to the client’s exposure/operations to avoid issues involving potential errors and omissions
