About the Role

A sales support role working closely with the Hong Kong Intermediary Sales team to service retail and private bank distributors, coordinate client-facing activities, and manage day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily enquiries and ad-hoc requests from intermediary clients and distributors

  • Maintain client records, meeting notes, and activity tracking via Salesforce

  • Manage full logistics for PM roadshows, client seminars, adviser events and daily branch visits

  • Prepare and update a variety of sales and marketing collaterals including presentations, sales flyers, one pagers, and fund emailers

  • Coordinate DDQs, RFPs, ongoing due diligence reviews

  • Produce weekly and ad-hoc fund reports using Bloomberg/Morningstar; manage content via Seismic

  • Process T&E reports, invoices, and travel arrangements

  • Act as key coordinator on behalf of the sales team with colleagues in various other functions/departments to fulfill the work tasks

Requirements

  • Prior experience in asset management, intermediary sales, or client servicing

  • Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes

  • Proficient in Salesforce; Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Seismic a plus

  • HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 or SFC Type 1 & Type 4 license (or equivalent)

  • Native Cantonese; fluent English and Mandarin

  • University degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
