We have a great new opportunity for a Client Administrator to join our Pension Administration team. The primary focus of the role is to support the business area in providing a quality, accurate and professional service to clients, focusing on client and scheme related work. This is a full time, permanent role that can be based in our Liverpool, Leeds or Glasgow offices working on a hybrid basis.
A snapshot of your day:
- Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders as required.
- Has full responsibility for the provision of client management services to an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Attends client calls and meetings to present and discuss administration matters, acting as a lead representative where appropriate.
- Takes ownership of any concerns or complaints, ensuring they are progressed and resolved in line with agreed processes and that remedial actions and mitigations are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Prepares quarterly administration stewardship reports, or at a frequency agreed with the client, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Maintains oversight of the production of the scheme’s annual report and accounts for their portfolio of schemes.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Minimum of GCSE Grade “5” or “C” in Maths and English are essential. Certificate in Pension Calculations (CPC) or progress with other relevant PMI qualifications would be an advantage.
Relevant Financial Services experience or a background in DC or DB pension administration is a requirement.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
Good communicator with appetite to develop these skills further.
