Job Summary

The Claims Operations Specialist role is to support all operations of Golden State Claims Adjusters and also be a resource for all training and department needs.

Position Responsibilities

  • Supports all GSCA operations
  • Assists management in training claims staff 
  • Maintains training logs
  • Develop into JDI claims system expert 
  • Supports claims organization in audit preparation
  • Runs weekly reports and additional reports as necessary
  • Liaison with Accounting Department and Data Reporting
  • Assists in processing payments
  • Assists with drafting departmental procedures
  • Maintains DOI Log 
  • Legal X point person for litigation management compliance
  • Maintains additional data logs as necessary
  • Monitors claims bank accounts and funding
  • Oversees Third Party Administrative support
  • Supports claims adjuster and management staff as needed 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Experience in Claims
  • Proficient in Excel
  • High level computer skills
  • High level written and oral communication skills 
  • Able to balance competing priorities
  • Willing to report onsite in our Carlsbad, CA office

The starting hourly pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

National Pay Range
$25$29 USD
