In this role, you will:
- Set the vision and strategy for architecture, platform, and software engineering, aligning with business goals and digital transformation priorities
- Lead the design and execution of technology roadmaps, driving the adoption of emerging technologies and modern engineering practices
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex systems, ensuring quality, stability, and operational excellence
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leaders, connecting business needs with practical and innovative engineering solutions
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of focus, agility, and collaboration
- Promote continuous improvement, compliance with technology standards, and a strong bench of future technology leaders
- Facilitate decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and manage stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels
- Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in quality engineering in both a hands-on and leadership capacity
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline; Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline preferred
- Extensive experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or insurance/financial services technology leadership
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technology initiatives and stakeholder relationships at the executive level
- Deep understanding of insurance technology trends, ecosystems, and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Experience with leveraging AI capabilities, tools, and practices as a function of current and/or past roles preferred
The pay range for the role is $160,000 to $190,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
