- Business Planning
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly target, KPIs, business plans aligned with the Company's strategic direction.
Develop incentive and challenge programs for sales teams and management levels; propose strategic initiatives to accelerate sales effectiveness, recruitment outcomes, and business productivity and agency activity across sales offices.
Business Performance Management and Analytics
Monitor business results against established plans and targets.
Develop and maintain dashboards, conduct analysis on sales performance, agent productivity, recruitment effectiveness, and retention metrics for executive and business leaders.
Identify performance gaps and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Budget Management and Forecasting
Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting plan for the Agency Distribution channel. Allocating resources to support the implementation of the strategies and action plans.
Prepare forecasts & Monitor budget utilization and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
Other tasks
Leading a team of planning, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development and optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated strategies. Effectively communicate strategic plans and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning or agency management.
- Strong agency performance management and budgeting control.
- Proficient in using data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Good communication.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
