Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, training, and sales, to ensure seamless product launches and sales strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all product propositions and solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.
Training/ Sales Support: Provide training teams with the necessary tools, product's information, and collateral to effectively promote life insurance products.
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to track the success of each product, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
