- Manage a portfolio of complex claims and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Provide guidance and support to the claims team in processing claims
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, and attorneys
- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claims processing
- Participate in developing and implementing project strategies and initiatives
- Maintain accurate claims records and prepare reports as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in claims management in the life insurance industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
- Caliber will less experiences will be considered for Executive Claims
