- Manage the IT Finance & Governance function to ensure the daily operation is smooth and process are streamlined
- Manage subordinates on IT Finance & Governance function. Act as the primary escalation point for all related issues that cannot be resolved instantly
- Perform IT expense budget and forecast, strategic planning, regular and ad hoc management reports, such as trend analysis, gap analysis, economic IT expense report, to management and RO
- Participate in detailed verification with IT Team Leads and ensure its annual IT charge is on 3-5% decrement basis over year
- Host regular IT Finance Governance Meeting to bridge HK Finance, RO and departments on resolving disputes, improving processes, updating status and building up business bonding among all parties
- Provide a regular report on IT Finance for management review
- University degrees in Information Technology or Finance related fields
- More than 7 years of working experience in IT with over 3 years in IT Finance
- More than 5 years of working experience in banking / insurance / IT industry will be a plus
- Solid experience in IT budgeting, IT strategic planning and IT payment cycle
- Solid experience in management reporting, especially in dashboard, trend analysis, expense forecast, gap analysis
- Proficient in using MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Mature, attentive to details, can work both under minimal supervision and as a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, can act as an effective bide between business and the internal and external vendors
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin is an added advantage
