Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior Product Coordinator to support the daily operations of our China Lab. This is a hands-on role focused on supplier coordination, procurement follow-ups, and basic product administration. You will be the key local link to ensure smooth product workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supplier sourcing and onboarding support
- Collect and organize supplier audit documents and compliance records
- Manage daily supplier communication
- Track product samples and ensure timely delivery and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and retock lead times
- Handle frequent reordering (approx. 4x/month) and follow up on payments
- Track product logistics and ensure shipment visibility
- Provide basic product development support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in product operations, procurement, supply chain, or assistant roles
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and basic ERP/tracking tools is a plus
