Lead Brompton’s global PR, corporate communications, public affairs, reputation management, executive communications, media relations, and crisis response. Develop global narratives, manage stakeholder and media relationships, advise senior leaders, support major campaigns and announcements, coordinate regional communications, oversee agencies and budgets, and build a proactive communications capability aligned with business and brand priorities.

Owns the global brand, positioning, marketing strategy, lifecycle activation, campaigns, launches, CRM, commerce, and performance measurement for Brompton’s Accessories portfolio. The role drives demand, conversion, sell-through, accessory attachment, and repeat purchase while coordinating Product, Marketing, regional, retail, e-commerce, sales, finance, and external partners in a matrix organization.

Leads Brompton’s global content strategy, narrative, editorial direction, copy function, website editorial experience, and content governance. Develops messaging frameworks, tone-of-voice standards, editorial roadmaps, and scalable workflows across campaigns, product launches, CRM, retail, social, websites, and partnerships. Partners globally on localization, SEO, AI-led discovery, content measurement, and audience growth. Manages a small content team and external creative network while overseeing quality, budgets, timelines, and content effectiveness.

Develop, test, maintain, and debug embedded firmware for Brompton Electric products across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development, participate in code reviews and agile practices, and write efficient, scalable C/C++ code. The role may involve embedded communication protocols, functional safety, motor controls, RTOS development, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and embedded security.

Leads manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement projects across the factory. Improves efficiency, capacity, quality, process capability, workflow, equipment layout, logistics, and right-first-time performance using lean methods and root-cause analysis. Provides technical support to production teams, implements new equipment and technologies, supports health and safety, and coordinates with operations, quality, NPI, design, and customer service stakeholders.

Handle the safe and accurate receipt, storage, picking, labelling, replenishment, stock checking, packing and dispatch of bikes and accessories. Support collection notes and e-commerce orders, operate forklifts when authorised, use the warehouse management system and NetSuite, maintain accurate inventory records, and uphold housekeeping, productivity, quality and health and safety standards.

Develop, test and maintain embedded firmware for Brompton Electric bikes across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features, debug issues, write scalable C++ code, participate in code reviews, and support manufacturing and production releases.

Manages a four-person indirect procurement team, overseeing supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, tenders, budgets, spend analysis, cost savings, compliance, and KPI development. The role builds reliable supply chains for goods and services, maintains purchasing records, resolves delivery issues, supports internal stakeholders, and provides management reporting. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, supplier-management, and procurement skills are required, along with MRP/APS and Microsoft Office experience. CIPS certification is desirable.
