Lead strategy and execution for Brompton bike products: define user needs and specifications, build business cases, set pricing and forecasts, manage product lifecycle, drive go-to-market plans, analyse KPIs and competitor landscape, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver commercially viable, market-differentiated bikes.

Provide outstanding in-store customer service, maintain product knowledge, operate POS/EPOS and Microsoft Office, support workshop operations, manage stock, merchandising, deliveries, events, and store cleanliness, and assist with community ride events.

Develop, test and maintain embedded firmware for Brompton Electric bikes across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features, debug issues, write scalable C++ code, participate in code reviews, and support manufacturing and production releases.

Lead global Accessories category end-to-end: define strategy, range architecture, pricing, partnerships and P&L. Drive product development, trading, merchandising and regional execution, working cross-functionally with design, brand, retail, eCommerce, supply chain and finance. Champion sustainability and supplier ethics while optimising revenue, margin and sell-through.

Lead global commercial ownership of the Bikes category: define strategy, pricing, portfolio and lifecycle, own volume planning and forecasts, manage inventory and working capital, integrate product, marketing, operations and regional teams, drive IBP/S&OP alignment, and deliver revenue, margin and launch success.

Serve as a brand ambassador in-store, delivering exceptional customer journeys, operating the till, handling payments, managing stock (receiving, replenishment, checks), maintaining visual and grooming standards, supporting KPIs, responding to enquiries, and following health & safety and company policies.
