Key Responsibilities
1. Drive CEO Priorities & Business Execution
- Translate CEO vision into clear execution roadmaps, OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives (growth, product launches, partnerships, operational scaling)
- Track and rigorously manage business performance metrics across key areas (revenue, partnerships, activation, retention, etc.)
- Identify execution gaps and proactively resolve bottlenecks that slow growth.
- Ensure leadership team accountability through structured follow-ups and performance tracking
2. Growth & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead market expansion, new product initiatives, and strategic partnerships from concept to execution
- Conduct deep market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Work closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to accelerate pipeline development and deal closure
- Support development of new business models, pricing strategies, and monetization approaches
- Act as a “special forces” leader on the company’s most critical growth bets
3. Operational Excellence & Organizational Effectiveness
- Build and enforce execution cadence (weekly business reviews, OKR tracking, KPI dashboards)
- Improve decision-making quality by ensuring data-driven insights are consistently used
- Design and streamline processes across teams to increase speed and accountability
- Act as a bridge across departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and eliminating silos
- Elevate the overall operating discipline of the leadership team.
4. CEO Leverage & Communication
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing structured insights and recommendations for key decisions
- Prepare high-quality briefs, materials, and analysis for leadership and board discussions
- Represent the CEO in internal forums and selected external engagements when needed.
5. Strategic Stakeholder Support (Selective)
- Support key strategic stakeholders (select partners, board members) where it directly enables business outcomes
- Prepare materials for board discussions with a focus on performance, strategy, and execution progress
- Assist in major corporate milestones (fundraising, partnerships) only as part of broader strategic execution
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business, partnership operations, or startup leadership roles
- Strong track record of owning and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience in high-growth startups, fintech, or tech-enabled platforms is highly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in complex environments
- Strong business acumen across growth, product, and operations
- Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese
- High level of ownership, intensity, and bias for action
- Trusted, discreet, and mature — able to operate close to the CEO and leadership team
