Bereite Silikonrezepturen vor und entwickle sie weiter: Du mischst bestehende und neue Rezepturen für thermisch leitfähige Silikone, Elastomere und Gele. Dabei dokumentierst du deine Arbeit sorgfältig und hältst deine Beobachtungen präzise fest.
Teste Silikone auf Herz und Nieren: Du stellst Proben her, prüfst sie mit modernen Methoden und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse genau – natürlich unter strenger Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorgaben.
Werte Versuchsergebnisse aus und bringe sie auf den Punkt: Du analysierst Daten, führst Berechnungen durch und erstellst übersichtliche Tabellen, Diagramme und Präsentationen – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
Produziere und versende Muster weltweit: Du fertigst Proben für Neuentwicklungen und Transferprojekte an, überprüfst sie gründlich und kümmerst dich um den sicheren Versand inklusive aller erforderlichen Unterlagen.
Halte das Labor am Laufen: Du sorgst für die Beschaffung von Rohstoffen und Verbrauchsmaterialien, kümmerst dich um die fachgerechte Entsorgung von Abfällen und verwaltest die Sicherheitsdokumentation.
Übernimm Verantwortung für unsere Laborausrüstung: Du prüfst regelmäßig Versuchsaufbauten, Laborequipment und Messinstrumente auf Funktion und Sicherheit.
Gestalte Qualitätsmanagement aktiv mit: Du unterstützt QM- und QC-Prozesse, entwickelst neue Methoden mit und arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards.
The following are required for the role
In dieser Stelle bist du erfolgreich, wenn du nachfolgende Qualifikationen mitbringst:
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant (w/d/m) und bringst mehrjährige Jahre Berufserfahrung in Forschung und Produktentwicklung mit
Du verfügst über fundierte theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse in Chemie, Formulierungen sowie der Verarbeitung und Prüfung von Werkstoffen.
Du kennst die gängigen Sicherheitsvorschriften im Labor und gehst verantwortungsvoll mit Chemikalien und Gefahrstoffen um.
Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig, proaktiv und organisiert. An neue Rahmenbedingungen und Anforderungen passt du dich flexibel an und behältst dabei den Überblick.
Dein theoretisches Wissen setzt du sicher in die Praxis um und findest kreative Lösungen für neue Aufgabenstellungen.
Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und effektiv mit cross-funktionalen Teams zusammen.
Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, hohe Sozialkompetenz und starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und statistischen Anwendungen.
Du bist bereit, gelegentlich für Teammeetings oder Messen zu reisen.
Wünschenswert sind SAP-Kenntnisse (z. B. Business Warehouse, QC-Daten) und Erfahrungen in der Prüfung von Elastomerwerkstoffen (z. B. rheologische und mechanische Eigenschaften, Haftungstests)
