Chargeback Analyst Job Description:
Entry level position that works under immediate supervision. Provides
assistance to a variety of daily tasks to ensure chargebacks and exposures are maintained and mitigated.
Investigates any incidences that may result in asset loss and notifies management.
The candidate will be responsible for completing daily chargeback reporting and maintaining department email inbox.
Duties Include:
- Manage the Exception and Chargeback email boxes
- Respond to the bank partners regarding chargeback and dispute notifications.
- Review large incoming MX chargebacks
- Assist and respond to the Retrieval Reports
- Assist with Visa violations from First Data and TSYS
- Assist with GMAP violations from First Data and TSYS
- Assist with VCMP violations
- Assist with Pin Base Disputes for TSYS and FD
- Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures
- Provide regular and predictable attendance considering any rights to leaves provided by law or company policy
- Evening to Day Shift
