Design, implement, and support identity governance and access management solutions focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityNow. Responsibilities include application onboarding, source configuration, custom connector development, workflow configuration, automated provisioning/de-provisioning, troubleshooting SailPoint appliances, and assisting with Ping SSO and other IAM platform integrations while collaborating with security, infrastructure, application owners, and business stakeholders.

Provide 24x7 cloud infrastructure support for public/private cloud services (AWS), monitor availability, manage incidents to meet SLAs, assist production deployments, ensure security/compliance for fintech, and evangelize technical concepts across teams.

Own technical architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS), databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and collaborate with product to align solutions to market needs while driving adoption of AI-driven engineering tools.

Lead design and development of scalable Node.js back ends and React.js front ends. Architect solutions, implement APIs and microservices, optimize performance and security, mentor junior engineers, run code reviews, integrate third-party services, and participate across the SDLC including testing and deployment.

Lead and run a 24×7 CloudOps organization owning L1-L3 support, incident response, change/release execution, RunBook and governance hygiene, audit evidence, queue routing, and SLA performance.
