The Channel Marketing Analyst within our Wealth Marketing team partners with select teams to execute marketing initiatives focused on strengthening client relationships, supporting business development, and elevating the client experience. Advisor Marketing & Business Development

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned advisor and portfolio management teams, building strong relationships and understanding each team’s client service and growth objectives.

  • Coordinate the development of customized marketing materials, presentations, communications and client-facing collateral.

  • Support team business development initiatives, including prospect campaigns, referral programs and networking opportunities.

  • Collaborate with advisors and teams to identify marketing opportunities aligned with target client segments and strategic priorities.

Client Communications

  • Execute client communication strategies, including market updates, invitations and announcements.

  • Ensure communications reflect the firm’s brand standards while supporting team-specific relationship goals.

  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop timely and relevant client content.

Events & Client Experience

  • Plan and execute client events and post-event follow-up and reporting.

  • Partner with teams to deliver high-quality experiences that strengthen client relationships and support new business opportunities.

Marketing Coordination

  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal creative, digital, events and compliance partners.

  • Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Monitor initiative performance and provide insights to improve future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, client engagement, communications, events or business development, preferably within financial services, wealth management, professional services or another relationship-driven industry.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
