The Role
Develops Ericsson’s channel partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and growing strategic partners and distributors. Welcome to an exciting opportunity to help shape Ericsson's growth through strategic channel partnerships and new market development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and growing channel partners that expand Ericsson's reach across new customer segments and industries. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive partner-led growth strategies, build scalable go-to-market approaches, and unlock new business opportunities through a strong partner ecosystem.
What you will do:
  • Develop and execute channel partner strategies that support business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners across strategic markets and industry segments.
  • Drive partner acquisition, enablement, and growth to expand Ericsson's presence in new customer segments and industries.
  • Build, develop, and maintain executive-level relationships with partners to accelerate business growth and long-term mutual success.
  • Create partner engagement programs that increase partner capability, commitment, and business generation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align go-to-market strategies and partner execution plans.
  • Drive qualified pipeline generation and business opportunities through partner ecosystems.
  • Support the expansion of Ericsson's presence into new customer segments and emerging growth areas.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop actions to maximize results.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to strengthen partnership strategies and accelerate partner-led growth.

  • Proven experience building, developing, and managing channel partner ecosystems.
  • Experience recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners and distributors.
  • Strong business development and indirect sales experience within the ICT / Technology industry.
  • Experience working with channel-led go-to-market models.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience identifying and developing opportunities in new markets, customer segments, or industries.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
