- Perform continuous monitoring of PPM requirements across distributors and channel partners to identify compliance gaps, exceptions, and emerging risks.
- Conduct transactional and program-level compliance reviews, including utilization, claims, rebates, special pricing, and other channel incentive programs.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential policy violations.
- Investigate compliance findings and support resolution efforts with distributors, channel teams, and internal business stakeholders.
- Track corrective actions and ensure timely remediation of identified issues.
- Support development, maintenance, and enhancement of channel compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
