THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our Tweed Heads Emergency Services team and manage your own portfolio of workers compensation claims while liaising with injured workers, their employers, and Allied Health professionals. This role will also involve working with internal specialists to create a strategic plan, helping injured workers get back to work as quickly and safely as possible.
We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service background, ideally complemented by a degree in Health Sciences, Allied Health, or Law. While a qualification in these areas would be highly regarded, it is not essential. Experience within these fields, or in similar environments, will be highly valued.
As part of our interview process, successfully reviewed applicants will need to be available to attend a face-to-face group interview on Thursday 30th July 2026.
This will be a full time, permanent position commencing on the 31st August 2026 based in our Tweed Heads office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, supporting individuals with both physical and psychological injuries
Work closely with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providers to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes
Apply your understanding of health and recovery to implement proactive, tailored strategies
Play a key role in supporting individuals through their recovery journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed and empowered
