Where You Come In
We’re looking for a Careers Graduate Program Manager to design, run, and continuously improve Chowdeck’s early-career talent pipeline.
In this role, you will design and run early-career/graduate programs while actively supporting broader hiring efforts. You will own and execute graduate hiring, onboarding, rotations, and development programs. You’ll work closely with the Talent team, hiring managers, and learning partners to build a strong early-career talent pipeline while ensuring these initiatives are tightly integrated into overall talent strategy.
This is a hands-on execution-focused role where your work will directly shape the current employee and future leadership pipeline of the company.
In this role you'll be required to:
- Design, launch, and manage graduate internship and early-career programs end to end.
- Support interns and early career employees through onboarding, check-ins, and development milestones.
- Track program performance, engagement, retention, and conversion outcomes and continuously iterate on program structure based on feedback and results.
- Partner with the Head of Talent to support broader hiring efforts including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement as needed.
- Participate in offer coordination and candidate closing for early-career roles.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from hiring into onboarding and first-day readiness.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student groups, and early-career communities.
- Proactively identify new ways to attract and engage early-career talent.
- Support employer branding efforts across online and in-person channels.
- Work cross-functionally with teams hosting graduates and interns.
- Manage timelines, logistics, communications, and expectations across programs.
- Maintain clear documentation for programs, hiring cycles, and processes.
- Ensure a positive, structured, and engaging experience for early-career hires.
You’re a strong fit for the role if you:
- Have 2-4 years of experience coordinating programs or projects end-to-end
- Are highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and written.
- Are strong at managing multiple stakeholders
- Have supported hiring processes and/or people operations in a previous role
- Are comfortable balancing structured programs with ad-hoc hiring needs.
- Enjoy building initiatives from scratch and iterating quickly.
- Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
We’ll be extra impressed if you:
- Have experience working with universities or early-career communities.
- Have creative ideas for talent attraction and engagement.
- Have worked in a startup or scale-up environment.
Beyond the paycheck, Chowdeck provides:
- Housing assistance
- Lunch allowance
- Comprehensive medical coverage
- MacBook for your work
- Opportunities for rapid career progression
- A team of smart, kind colleagues invested in your growth
