We’re looking for a Card Present Product Manager to join our ever evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce. APAC Card Present Product Manager turns card present capabilities into scalable commercial propositions across APAC by defining market-ready solutions, sharpening value propositions, supporting pricing and packaging, and accelerating adoption with cross-functional teams

What you’ll own   

  • Lead the commercialization of card-present payment solutions across APAC, including POS, SoftPOS, terminals, integrated payments, local payment methods, and APM capabilities.

  • Translate product capabilities into market-ready propositions, sales enablement materials, customer value messaging, and competitive differentiators.

  • Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to define solutions, support pipeline growth, customer adoption, business cases, and revenue opportunities.

  • Drive launch readiness by coordinating requirements, dependencies, approvals, implementation plans, and go-to-market activities across APAC markets.

  • Monitor product performance through adoption, revenue, customer feedback, and sales metrics, while maintaining commercialization playbooks and guiding continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring  

  • 8+ years’ experience in product management, commercialisation, go-to-market, solution consulting or commercial strategy within payments, banking, FinTech, acquiring, POS, SoftPOS, terminal or integrated payments environments. 

  • Strong understanding of card present payment solutions, merchant acquiring, payment acceptance, terminal ecosystems, local payment methods and drivers of product adoption. 

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial propositions, customer benefits, sales narratives and market-facing messaging. 

  • Experience supporting business cases, pricing inputs, revenue opportunities, profitability analysis and adoption targets. 

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across product, sales, marketing, technology, operations, finance, legal, risk and compliance teams. 

  • Experience managing payment product solutions with multiple platform components, dependencies, implementation sequencing and market readiness needs.

It’s a bonus if you have 

  • Experience commercialising payment products across multiple APAC markets, including local acquiring, scheme, regulatory and market-specific requirements. 

  • Hands-on exposure to POS, SoftPOS, terminals, integrated payments, local payment methods or APM propositions. 

  • Experience creating go-to-market plans, sales enablement materials and launch communications.
