Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Markets Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will support the Head of Capital Markets in executing the firm’s capital markets strategy, managing key transactions, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in originating, structuring, and executing capital markets deals, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Capital Markets in the development and execution of the team’s strategic initiatives

  • Originate and manage the execution of debt and equity capital markets transactions

  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including internal departments and external advisors, to ensure smooth transaction execution

  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare presentations and transaction materials

  • Assist in the preparation of offering documents, term sheets, and transaction-related documentation

  • Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

  • Monitor and report on transaction pipeline, market developments, and execution timelines

  • Represent the capital markets function in meetings and industry events as required

  • solid expertise in capital markets and transaction execution.

  • prior experience in a capital markets role is preferred

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, or a closely related field

  • A strong understanding of debt and/or equity capital markets, financial instruments, and transaction structuring

  • Experience in executing complex financial transactions or raising capital in public or private markets

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

  • Deep understanding of capital raising strategies and transaction structuring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver high-quality documentation and presentations

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment

  • Commercial acumen and sound judgment in assessing financial opportunities and risks

Skills Required

  • Solid expertise in capital markets and transaction execution
  • Prior experience in a capital markets role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
