We are currently seeking a highly motivated Analyst to be based in Madrid, working closely with partners and associates across a range of retail investment projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for professionals with a strong interest in:

• Real Estate Investment Analysis

• Economics and International Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting financial cash flow analysis (Excel)

• Preparing marketing materials and sales documentation

• Providing consultancy and buy-side advisory reports

• Assisting in the creation of presentations and pitch documents

• Participating in on-site property inspections

Asset Types you’ll work with include:
Shopping centres, retail parks, supermarkets/hypermarkets, sale & leaseback portfolios, leisure and mixed-use centres, and other retail assets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong report writing skills in English

• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Commercial awareness and business acumen

• Prior valuation experience is a plus (not essential)

• Bilingual: English and Spanish

• Team-oriented, collaborative attitude and knowledge-sharing spirit

• Committed to delivering outstanding client service and continuous improvement
