As our Capex Supply Manager, you'll own the execution phase of Hadrian's capital equipment sourcing process. From the moment a machine or piece of equipment is purchased, you own getting it here and installed on time — driving the delivery schedule, managing third-party logistics, coordinating suppliers, and keeping leadership and cross-functional partners aligned. Capital equipment is the pacing item for standing up new factory capacity, so your work directly determines how fast Hadrian can bring new capabilities online.
What You’ll DoOwn the equipment delivery schedule across all active capital equipment purchases, from order to installation.
Manage third-party logistics providers for equipment freight, shipping, and receiving.
Communicate schedule status, risks, and changes clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, align on, and lock schedule requirements.
Work with suppliers to ensure they meet Hadrian's equipment delivery and installation requirements.
Proven project management experience owning schedules end to end, ideally for physical goods or equipment.
Excellent communicator who keeps stakeholders and leadership informed and aligned.
Highly detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in tracking dates, dependencies, and commitments.
Structured problem solver who stays calm and drives resolution when plans slip.
Ability to operate autonomously and coordinate suppliers and logistics without day-to-day oversight.
Experience with capital equipment or machine tools in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
Familiarity with ERP/MES and procurement/PO systems.
Hands-on experience with international freight, customs, and equipment install/rigging coordination.
Track record thriving in a fast-scaling, high-growth manufacturing environment.
For this role, the target salary range is $97,000 - $145,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
