💡 About the Role




We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales of our innovative software solutions to franchisors, while managing the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals. As a key player in our sales team, you will identify and engage with potential franchisor clients and present our solutions to enhance their revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Create and manage lead lists based on various attributes, validate leads, and verify emails.
  • Email Outreach: Develop personalized and automated email sequences using appropriate tools.
  • Cold Calling: Dedicate part of your day to cold calling.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients' interest and fit through initial conversations.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Engage with potential leads on LinkedIn as needed.
  • Demo & Closing: Conduct demo calls and close deals once a prospect is ready to move forward.
  • CRM Management: Manage and maintain CRM and other sales tools.

Daily Goals & Key Performance Indicators:

  • Add 10 new leads to CRM per day
  • Making 20+ cold calls a day (minimum of 5 conversations with an executive per day)
  • Sending 25+ personalized emails a day
  • 5+ Demos per week

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 years in full-cycle B2B software sales
  • 3 years in cold-calling
  • Proven success in selling to executives and meeting sales targets
  • Strong executive presence with excellent listening skills
  • Skilled in various sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Win by Design)
  • Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch
  • Consistent achievement of daily/monthly KPIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Energetic and self-driven with a willingness to adapt to evolving outbound techniques
