As the Campaign Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of our marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience in campaign strategy or demand generation, is organized, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing operations. 

As the Campaign Operations Manager you will:

Consulting & Strategic Partnership (10%):

  • Evaluate requests and act as a strategic partner for the requestor (Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Event Marketing, etc). Leverage your knowledge of campaign strategy along with our tech capabilities to make recommendations and guide on the best path forward.

  • Consult and suggest changes needed for optimal campaign performance, tracking, data flow, etc. 

  • Ensure emails and landing pages are on brand and aligned with our governance rules. 

  • Find opportunities to streamline processes and create efficiencies with consistency.

Execution (90%):

  • Create SFDC campaigns, Marketo programs, precise tracking links with UTMs, and execute list uploads with the goal of safeguarding our data quality.

  • Lead development and execution of emails in Marketo and campaigns in DemandBase (Does not include content creation, copywriting, creative, or messaging strategy). 

  • Drive user flow, channel strategy, campaign setup, reporting, and optimization.

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of campaign performance, providing ongoing optimization recommendations.

  • Assist in the creation of an overarching email marketing strategy, including cadences, deployment calendar, segmentation, and reporting.

  • Stay informed about the latest compliance and governance activities in email marketing and ensure adherence.

  • Learn and leverage martech capabilities to innovate on-channel strategies for effective campaign execution.

  • Support the creation and optimization of always-on nurture email campaigns.

  • Monitor the slack channels for campaign operations related questions and respond. 

  • Create Marketo landing pages for field marketing events.

  • Leverage Stensul to create emails and landing pages. 

We’re excited about you if you have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in marketing technology or operations roles, with a track record of successfully leveraging marketing technology stacks.

  • Experience in marketing operations and campaign operations.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, impactful narratives.

  • Curiosity-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.

  • Highly analytical and results-driven marketer with a deep understanding of MAPs, CRMs, and CDPs.

  • Preferred experience with Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, Lean Data, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Splash, Cvent, Smartsheet, Stensul, and Asana.

  • Data-oriented approach to decision-making.

  • Process-oriented with the ability to pick up technical work quickly. Fast learner with project management skills, consistently delivering work on time.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
