Digital expertYour missionDirectly reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Campaign Activation Specialist is responsible for the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they effectively reach the target audience and achieve the desired objectives for both Avène and Klorane.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create & execute the activation strategy for both Avène and Klorane across multiple channels (TV, OOH, social media, etc.), adapting global content for the local market taking into account local regulations and market and platform specificities.
- Plan, execute and manage paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement, tracking and analysing performance and KPIs. Identify areas for improvement to achieve campaign objectives.
- Conduct Influencer outreach, maintain current and build new relationships. Create creative briefs for bloggers/influencers, in alignment with objectives. Manage the corresponding budget in order to optimise ROI.
- Monthly tracking & reporting of brand’s and competitor’s social media activities. Develop & present recommendations leveraging insights and learnings.
- Write, edit and review copy for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and tone of voice; provide guidance to ensure high quality writing for all content.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Managers in developing Brand communication, awareness campaigns and paid media strategy.
- Keep up to date with Global Guidelines and updates. Disseminate to local team and make recommendations for local market.
- Provide counsel on Public Relations strategy to optimise activity including content, sharing and integration of influencers and reaching target audiences.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree minimum in Marketing and/or digital / equivalent working experience
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing, and optimising campaigns & activations
- 3+ years of strong working knowledge in Paid Social, Influencer Marketing & Content Marketing with hands on experience in Meta, TikTok and other social platforms
- Worked in and/or managed external digital agencies
- Proficiency with using Adobe Creative Suite software & Canva
- Briefing agencies & creatives to adapt Global content/create content
- Experience working in skincare, haircare, beauty or related industries is a plus
