This role is responsible in calculating revised benefits for members with approved CPP Disability benefits and those in Gradual Return to Work program, and then informing members of the revised benefits and how it was calculated. This role is also responsible in setting up external contribution for ASO groups and sending the CPP/EI weekly and monthly reports to the clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Update external contributions in Navigator and process claims per special handling instructions when applicable
Calculate revised benefits based on contract provisions, apply offsets, and prepare calculation sheets
Contact members and/or Service Canada to obtain missing information and explain benefit revisions to members
Send letters and supporting calculation documents to members; refer Level 2 claims to Senior Calculation Analysts in KW
Communicate with case managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate claim processing
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and/or statistics
Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
Proven problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and comprehension skills; comfortable handling calls (10–20% of work)
Strong organizational abilities with a proven capacity to work under pressure
Ability to accurately interpret contract provisions and apply them in practice
Contact center skills and familiarity with contact center culture
Positive culture fit with strong professionalism and client-focused approach
