The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other Executive Committee members. You will assist the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) proactively, and discreetly. Ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, with a focus on calendar management, travel coordination, internal communications, and strategic administrative support. Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to manage priorities and streamline workflows across the executive office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Support the CEO in tracking key initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups.Assist in organizing internal leadership meetings, retreats, and events.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and communications.
  • Provide general administrative support including expense reporting, file management, and office coordination.
Education:
  • High School or Equivalent - Minimum

Years of Experience:
  • 5 years - Executive Assistant or Related  - Minimum
  • Experience supporting C-Level Executives highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$76,500 ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$108,050 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge. 

Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
