As a Buyer's Assistant II, you will assist buyers with inventory inbound maintenance and management, service level troubleshooting, and support various tasks with buyers, vendors, transportation, and warehouses.

Full Time, On-Site Role

Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081
You will contribute by:
-
Manually entering customer order requests received into the C&S order processing system.
-
Managing all aspects of inbound purchase orders, including revisions, expediting, setting dates, securing appointments, and routine follow-up until receipt.

Responding to calls and emails from customers, buyers, vendors, and warehouses regarding purchase orders, inventory management, transportation, and impaired inventory issues.

Handling the return logistics process, including completing R-Bills and collaborating with buyers and external parties to manage the return or disposition of impaired inventories.

Producing and distributing various Procurement reports.

Collecting, organizing, and distributing data.

Assisting with projects related to service level and inventory management as assigned by your supervisor.

Supporting start-up tasks as needed and directed by the department manager.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Strong multitasking and work prioritization abilities.

The capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and occasionally high-pressure environment.
