Join us as a Business Unit Reporting Controller
- You’ll be helping to deliver our end-to-end business unit reporting control activities for each of our franchises and legal entities while assisting our customers at a senior level in key finance areas
- Day-to-day, you’ll be establishing working relationships with key customers in Product Control, Financial Control, and across the wider finance function

- We're offering this role at associate level, and you’ll be based in our Gurugram office at least two days a week, with the rest of your time working from home
Your daily responsibilities include reviewing product level data outputs from the Product Control teams to make sure that they’re appropriately recorded, substantiated, and reflect our position. To do this, you’ll be complying with policies and considering the effectiveness of our controls on a regular basis. You’ll also be delivering within the service level agreement to provide a full set of high quality and consistently accurate financial outputs in order to support statutory, regulatory, and management reporting.
Your top priorities will include:
- Ensuring the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information to support internal and external reporting, adding value added commentary and analysis for your area
- Undertaking activities that are assigned to you on a timely basis, ensuring all reports and outputs are produced on time and are of high quality
- Supporting change initiatives, process improvements, and systems implementations that are related to our processes and applications
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and sharing them with the reviewer, lead, or wider team
- Troubleshooting queries and submitting KPIs on a timely basis
To be successful in this role, you’ll be a qualified accountant or actively working towards a qualification and have a background of being part of global teams of finance professionals.
Alongside this, you’ll have:
- Experience of managing the delivery of core financial control and reporting outputs, including ledger close, balance sheet substantiation, statutory and management reporting, and external audits
- The ability to build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders across our Finance function
- Knowledge of change best practice and experience of delivering change in the financial services industry
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and managing key finance deliverables
