We are seeking an accomplished, results driven professional to lead and establish a new business unit within our organisation. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of building scalable operations, driving revenue, and creating operational excellence. You will have full ownership of the unit, from strategy and processes to team building and market growth, operating during UK business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT/BST) to align with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Unit Strategy and Setup

  • Build and launch a new business unit designed to be a self sustaining revenue generator.
  • Define the unit’s vision, objectives, and long term strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Identify and implement revenue opportunities within the UK market.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent and efficient processes.
  • Design workflows and operational systems to maximise productivity and accountability.
  • Create and maintain a robust case/project tracker to monitor progress, outcomes, and deadlines.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a high performing team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and OKRs for the team and monitor performance regularly.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance reviews to maintain a results-driven culture.

Client and Market Engagement

  • Prepare and present strategic reports, presentations, and pitches to stakeholders and clients.
  • Pitch and position the unit’s services to the UK market effectively, securing new clients and revenue streams.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and service enhancement.

Accountability and Performance

  • Own the performance, outcomes, and profitability of the business unit.
  • Ensure delivery against targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Take full ownership of decision-making, problem-solving, and operational outcomes.

  • Expertise in creating SOPs, workflows, trackers, and reporting frameworks.

  • Highly results oriented, accountable, and able to take ownership of a business unit.
  • Willing and able to operate during UK business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT/BST).
