Job Description

We are looking for a Business Transformation Consultant II to lead enterprise transformation initiatives, drive process improvements, support organizational change and partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

  • Track project progress against milestones, manage project documentation, and provide regular updates to senior leadership

  • Create and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation to support strategic decision-making

  • Manage and communicate RAID items, including risks, actions, issues, and decisions, ensuring accountability and timely project delivery

  • Bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous business challenges to identify opportunities for meaningful change

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research activities

  • Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses to identify process improvement opportunities

  • Provide strategic thought leadership for future-state process design and transformation planning

  • Develop transformation strategies, frameworks, and recommendations that align with organizational objectives

  • Evaluate, recommend, and support implementation of technology solutions, workflow tools, and automation initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to build alignment and support successful outcomes

  • Build strong relationships with leadership, business owners, and project teams through effective communication and partnership

  • Plan, develop, and execute change management activities, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination

  • Support adoption and sustainability of new processes, tools, and capabilities throughout the organization

  • Mentor and guide team members while fostering collaboration, professional growth, and problem-solving

  • Lead discussions, facilitate decision-making, and perform additional transformation-related assignments as needed

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • Mid-level experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, finance, or a related discipline

  • Experience leading complex projects and delivering high-quality business outcomes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop recommendations

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior team members

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-level presentations and documentation

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Experience utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, analysis, and overall deliverable quality

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio

  • Experience with project and work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project

  • Demonstrated ability to hold yourself and others accountable for timelines, deliverables, and business outcomes

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations at multiple levels of the organization

Preferred:

  • Experience working within a Transformation Management Office or Project Management Office environment

  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or operational excellence initiatives

  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and change management best practices

  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or optimizing workflow automation solutions

  • Consulting experience within a professional services environment

  • Relevant certifications related to project management, business analysis, or change management

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$80,000 - $95,000 per year

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
