Job Description SummaryAs a Data & BI Analyst, Projects & Initiatives, you will play a key role in accelerating the digital transformation journey across the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) business. This role combines data analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, and project execution to enable data-driven decision making and operational excellence across supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, and digital initiatives.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex business challenges into actionable insights through advanced analytics, Power BI dashboards, data models, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities. The successful candidate will help drive adoption of digital tools, standardize reporting, improve KPI visibility, and support strategic transformation programs that enhance business performance and customer outcomes.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to business leaders.

  • Leverage modern analytics, business intelligence, automation, and AI technologies to develop scalable dashboards, reporting solutions, and decision-support capabilities that accelerate PCS digital transformation initiatives.

  • Design and implement scalable data models and reporting solutions using multiple enterprise data sources.

  • Analyze operational, manufacturing, supply chain, and fulfillment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Establish standardized KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across PCS functions.

  • Support predictive analytics and AI initiatives to improve business decision-making and operational performance.

Digital Transformation

  • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process simplification.

  • Support Digital Factory, Digital Production Scheduling (DPS), Bullseye, Kamino and other strategic transformation initiatives.

  • Evaluate and implement modern analytics, automation, and AI solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.

  • Assist with development of business cases, value tracking, and benefits realization for digital projects.

  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles and data-driven problem solving.

Data Management & Governance

  • Collaborate with IT, Digital Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.

  • Define data requirements and assist with integration of data from ERP, planning, manufacturing, warehouse, and other enterprise systems.

  • Support implementation of scalable data architecture and reporting standards.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, and AI governance requirements.

Project Execution

  • Lead or support analytics workstreams within cross-functional transformation projects.

  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops, reviews, and project updates.

  • Track project milestones, KPI improvements, and business impacts.

  • Prepare executive-ready communications, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership review.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational excellence.

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Projects and Initiatives. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, planning, fulfillment, or healthcare operations.

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

  • Experience with cloud data platforms, data lakes, or modern analytics environments.

  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or Copilot technologies.

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience.

  • Experience with ERP, planning, warehouse, or manufacturing systems.
