EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' health related non-clerical experience with an insurance, managed care, healthcare or technology related organization will be considered.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum five (5) years' business solutions analysis experience with a complex system technology. OR applicable Masters in related field with minimum three (3) years’ experience.
Proficiency working with rational databases, structured system programming and coding schemes, Structured Query language, object-oriented programming (Microsoft Access or Visual Basic), systems development life cycle application, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) required.
Project management experience.
Possess in-depth knowledge of insurance technology business solutions such as claims processing, marketing, membership, enrollment, customer service, financial and provider systems.

Configure system through the use of logic statements and devise effective solutions to these problems and new opportunities. • Provides guidance with developing test scripts, executing test plans and maintaining test cases to assess system functionality and ensure user acceptance testing. • Serves as a coach and mentor for team members; transferring knowledge to less experienced team members. • Serves as a technical expert to guide the research, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems to meet business needs. • Serves as project lead on small to large scale projects ensuring process/system improvement initiatives are met according to specifications and on time.CertificationsSecurity RequirementsThis position is identified as level three (3).
