If so, you might be the service-minded business support colleague we’re looking for to join our Gothenburg office. 

Please note that this role is a 12-month parental leave cover opportunity for someone seeking a new challenge in a growing company.    

What you’ll do 

As a business supporter, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. The role focuses on providing general administrative support to our Gothenburg and Stockholm offices (based out of Gothenburg), and their respective management teams, including but not limited to: 

  • Being responsible for internal meetings for Gothenburg and Stockholm, such as:  

  • Management team meetings, Partner meetings, Board meetings, Office meetings and more 

  • Work tasks for these meetings include planning, executing and following up on the meetings  

  • Going through and approving invoices for the Gothenburg office 

  • Supporting with People related work, including following up on health checks for the staff and other administrative work 

  • Onboarding new colleagues at the Gothenburg office 

  • ISO certification work, following the tasks in our ISO annual wheel and helping with internal/external reviews 

  • Helping plan and execute events (internal and external) when needed 

  • Helping consultants with invoicing in our finance system ‘Maconomy’ 

  • Taking the initiative and having a proactive approach to administration and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Gothenburg office 

  • Performing various administrative tasks 

What you bring 
As a person, you’re outgoing, positive, and proactive, with a natural drive to take initiative. Your curiosity and eagerness to learn motivate you, and you’re service minded by nature, often anticipating others’ needs before they arise. You’re confident using IT tools and the MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. While English is Implement’s corporate language, you must also be fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.
