  • Broad knowledge of welding processes and associated technologies.

  • Familiarity with thermodynamic and kinetic simulation software such as Thermo-Calc.

  • A solid understanding of mechanical properties and related testing methods (hardness, tensile, impact, bending, fatigue, residual stress evaluation).

  • Familiarity with ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 requirements, method validation, and measurement uncertainty.

  • Documented leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and manage complex projects.

  • Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
