Job Description
- Handle day-to-day operational, service, and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to standards.
- Triage and resolve access issues for business tools and dashboards, including troubleshooting login errors, coordinating with IT support, and verifying user permissions.
- Execute established workflows for data requests, reporting updates, and system maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency; implement workflow automation as needed
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (business units, IT, analytics, operations) to clarify requests, gather requirements, and ensure the right resources are engaged for resolution.
- Document and communicate resolution steps for incident issues, such as system outages, access delays, or data discrepancies, and provide clear instructions to end users.
- Partner with Internal Business Partners to ensure alignment and seamless communication with business partners.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical or business teams, tracking progress and ensuring timely closure.
- Maintain and update job aids, checklists, and contact lists to reflect current processes and responsible parties, ensuring all materials are accurate and accessible.
- Track and report on maintenance request volumes, resolution times, and common issues to identify trends and recommend improvements.
