About the RoleWe’re looking for a Business Support Co‑ordinator to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our Cape Town office, ensuring a professional, well‑run, and efficient workplace environment.
This is a hands‑on, office‑based role responsible for facilities coordination, front‑of‑house operations, vendor management, and administrative support. You will play a key role in maintaining high operational standards, ensuring issues are proactively managed, and supporting a seamless employee and visitor experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Facilities Management- Take ownership of office facilities coordination, ensuring a safe, functional, and well‑maintained environment.
- Log, track, and resolve maintenance issues (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, lighting, access control).
