We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Associate to join our North America Broking Executive team, part of our reinsurance business at Marsh. This role will be based in New York, NY. The is a hybrid role that requires at least four days a week in the office.


This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to senior executives across presentation development, reporting, coordination, calendar management, travel planning, and expense management. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain meaningful exposure to the business, build professional skills, and contribute to important team priorities.


Unlike a traditional administrative role, this position is closely embedded in the executives’ work and supports a range of business activities, including PowerPoint and Excel development, tracker maintenance, meeting preparation, and coordination across stakeholders.


We will count on you to:

  • Build, edit, and format PowerPoint decks and other client-facing and internal materials
  • Support reporting, trackers, and analysis in Excel
  • Coordinate inputs across the team and keep workstreams organized and on track
  • Prepare background materials, meeting notes, presentation content, and ad hoc research as needed
  • Assist with follow-up actions, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure strong execution
  • Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, executive expenses, office activities, and meeting logistics
  • Support client events, conference coordination, and other business-related tasks as priorities evolve

What you need to have:

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in an office, professional, or internship environment
  • Strong foundational skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to learn quickly and apply new tools and processes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
  • Professional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong service orientation

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
