Kinexys- Engagement Associate- GTM Strategy & Business Support for Digital Assets Products
- Assist with end-to-end consulting workstreams from diagnostic through recommendation and implementation planning, including executive-level updates and governance
- Perform market research to understand local needs and requirements for product improvements, and translate insights into actionable GTM recommendations
- Conduct quantitative analysis to inform GTM strategy (e.g., sizing opportunities; assessing adoption and segment dynamics; viability assessment)
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services to tailor market-specific collateral, messaging, and client materials
- Advise on standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure products meet risk and compliance expectations

- 3+ years of consulting or strategy experience, with demonstrated project/workstream leadership
- Outstanding PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize complex/ambiguous information into structured insights and recommendations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of risk management and controls, governance requirements, and regional/local nuances
- Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to secure required approvals and operational readiness
- Collaborative working style, while also being comfortable operating independently with minimal guidance
